Brooks quietly puts out a so-so Brooks Adrenaline 25 design for the 2026 Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend

We get one more race weekend at Disneyland before runDisney takes a hiatus from the California events. In the approach to the final Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend for who knows how long, Brooks has cobbled together another shoe specific to the weekend.

It's not the most creative or inspired design, to put it nicely. Where the WDW Marathon Weekend gave us some really nice castle and Chip & Dale colorways, the Disneyland shoes are mostly "weekend theme colors." There are a few other photos of the shoes pictured above, but none of them revealed any new hidden design element. The insole has the logo for the Disneyland Half Marathon, and besides the overall colors, a couple Mickey ears, and "Disneyland" along the inner arch, there's not a whole lot of unique here. They are actually reminiscent of the generic runDisney shoes from 2025, which were also in the Adrenaline line. These are the newer Adrenaline 25, which are good if you need additional support for overpronating (i.e., your ankles tend to turn inward when landing).

Some of the designs released during WDW Marathon Weekend will be available as well, including the nearly-perfect Chip & Dale design, the runDisney ones, and likely the Stitch Glycerin shoes. Hopefully for the Princess Half Marathon and Springtime Surprise weekends we get some more specific designs (between Brave, Moana, Tangled, and Beauty and the Beast, there are plenty of cool ideas to use if Brooks picks one or two to focus on) as well as different lines than the Adrenaline series. Not every runner needs the additional support, and with the recent release of the Glycerin 23 (my favorite Brooks model) and the Glycerin Max 2 it would be good to branch out.
